CommSAR: Enabling Bidirectional Communication in SAR Imaging Satellites via Shared Waveform

Reuses a SAR satellite's existing imaging waveform to open a bidirectional satellite-ground link — no extra spectrum, no satellite hardware changes, and no loss of imaging resolution. Validated on a real in-orbit commercial SAR satellite and a UAV SAR platform.
